This is the third set that I have bought in the last few years....I worked at the Post Office on my feet all day and had fallen arches that were extremely painful....I tried these on a whim and have stayed with them over 15 years....I highly recommend.....You do need to wear as they direct you, a few hours a day and increasing the amount of time...when your foot gets used to them....WHAT A RELIEF....HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The unique 2/3rd length allows a much better fit than the full-length inserts of competitors, which virtually all are. Very durable, typically lasts at least 3 years, longer if you use more than 2 or more pairs. Excellent 3-size arch height options, tho wish the “high” arch pad insert was even a bit higher.

My back and body always feel good at the end of the day when I wear these in my shoes and boots. I won’t wear shoes long if I can’t have them inside. They are the best. I also bought the flip flop sandals. I normally never wear these type of shoes because of support. Their sandal is so fabulous . I walked miles in NYC wearing them on city streets and over cobblestones. My body never ached one time.

I went to a foot specialist over 20 years ago for plantar fasciitis and us fitted for custom orthotics for $900. I would not have believed it but they actually worked. I had to move them from shoes to shoes. Then I went to the good feet store and got 3 different pair. These also worked ok. I saw walk fit online and decided to give them a try. At the price point I had nothing to lose. I ordered and they worked at least as good as the $900 ones. I have them in Al my shoes, including my slippers, all my golf shoes, walking shoes and dress shoes. No more changing out for different shoes. I have recommended them many times and have used them for years. Thanks for keeping my feet pain free.

This is my 3rd pair! Only because I forget they're in old shoes & give the shoes to the thrift with them in them. Back then I didn't wear them all the time but only when I had foot problems. Now I wear them almost all the time having too many foot issues. I wear the highest insert because of a high arch & it feels great resting right against my arch. I gave these all 5 stars because they deserve all stars. Happy to have found Walk Fit.

Pro’s: reduced plantar fasciitis pain to virtually “0” for last 20 years. Comfortable to use and does not make my shoes feel tight. Con’s: the ability to adjust arch height is great, except I wish the high arch insert was even higher
